About me

My name is Andreas. I was born in 1979 in the former GDR. My interest in Flight Simulation started back in 2006 with X-Plane 9 running on an Apple Powerbook with one external Display. With more space and funds available the hardware was improved. Now i am in the phase to build the 1:1 B737NG Cockpit as many other people do. I life near the frankonian city called Wuerzburg. A place which is known for the good wine and beautiful landscape.

I have a real world GPL Licence obtained in 2009 and hope to finish my TMG Licence in the near future.

    Hi Andreas,

    Gruss Thomas

    Hi Andreas ,

Nice system , I also have my one with three projectors but with flat screen , seing your system I am thinking to change mine for curved screen . I have exactly the same distance from the projector lens to screen ( 1.20 m ) my doubt is how much are the projectors from the floor so that the cockpit frame does not disturb the projection.

    Hello Alberto,

the Projectors have a height above the floor of 1.90m. the shell (cockpit frame) makes a small shadow at the bottom of the front screen, but it is no problem because you don`t see this when sitting inside.

    Cheers
    Andy

    Hallo,

So have you a plan most detailled with dimensions for this parts?
